SOVIET UNION 30k "PARATROOPER" DEFINITIVE SOLO FRANKING ON PRINTED MATTER
Rovnoye, Saratov Oblast 1946 (12 June) - 30k "Paratrooper" (1939 typo printing) franking the one-page newspaper "KOLLEKTIVIST" (9 June issue) sent to Saratov. The 20 kopek "journal" rate (tariff of 25 February 1933) is overpaid by 10 kopek, the normal domestic mail rate has probably been applied here (30 kopek: tariff of 6 February 1939). Very Fine.
A very scarce commercial usage.
