SOVIET UNION 1937 DEFINITIVE 20k "KOLKHOZ" NO WATERMARK ISSUE: VERY SCARCE ON MAIL

Voronezh region 1937 (2 September) - 20k Green "Kholkoz" Definitive printed on unwatermarked paper, paying the correct rate (tariff of 25 February 1933) and tied to a meteorological report sent to Moscow. Arrival two days later 4 September 1937 with two different receiver handstamps. The document slightly tired on the edges otherwise Very Fine.

The convergence of a very scarce stamp on genuine mail and a rare commercial usage. Specialist item.
