Viatka 1933 (29 August) - International Registered Surface envelope to Derendingen (Switzerland),  overfranked with an attractive combination of 1932 Soviet Commemoratives: "October Revolution" 10k, "Moscow Philatelic Exhibit" 15k and "People of USSR" 2k, 3k (very scarce on mail), 15k. Arrival on back 14 September 1933. Very Fine.

Beautiful combination of three issues, including the 3 kopek "Crimean tatars" which is very scarce on mail.
