USSR 1928 "Small Head" & "Large Head" Mixed Franking on Parcel Card - Maritime via Latvian Paquebot

SOVIET UNION 1928 PARCEL CARD: MIXED FRANKING SMALL & LARGE HEADS DEFINITIVES

Leningrad 1928 (27 January) - Large parcel formular "BULLETIN D´EXPÉDITION" for a 1,845 Kg parcel sent to Chicago, USA via "Lettonie paquebots, danish or english postal exchange points". Correctly franked with a combination of both 1924 "Small Head" 2r & 1927 "Large Head" 20k and 4K making up the 2,24 roubles rate. On reverse, receiver handstamp from Moscow dated 29 March 1928, as the formular was very likely sent there for postal archiving. Fine / Very Fine.
