USSR 1928 Rare Provisory Cancellation from Armavir - Certificate

SOVIET PROVISORY CANCELLATION - ARMAVIR

Armavir 1928 (3 December) -  Envelope from the Agriculture Administration in the region of Mirskaya sent to the Trade Organisation in Armavir, franked at 10k (correct tariff for an inland letter, from 15 July 1928). The stamps are cancelled with a local boxed official handstamp used as a provisory canceller. Arrival on back Armavir 3 December 1928. 

Very rare provisory cancellation, first item seen.
