Osinovsk Rudnik 1931 (8 February) - "Large Head" 40 kopek carmine (8), a bloc of six and a pair paying a 3,20 roubles rate on an accompanying parcel card for a 4,900kg sending to Frunze. Cancellation with the village postmark "OSINOVSKYI RUDNIK KUZNE. -8 2 31 a" (∅ 32mm). Card lightly fold in half vertically (away from the stamps), Very Fine.
Scarce usage of the 1928 40k "Large Head" with a large franking.
