SOVIET UNION 1926: "SMALL HEAD" LITHO SOLO ON EARLY FRANKING
 

Kozlov, Tambov region 1926 (22 February) - 8k olive grey "Small Head", single franking on a small folded entire to Bogomvlensk, tied with the circular "KOZLOV TAMB. 22 02 1926", paying the dometic rate (tariff of 1st February 1926). Arrival next day 23 February. Very Fine.

A very scarce stamp on genuine commercial mail, with an EARLY USAGE during the first weeks of issue.
