Iolotan, Zakaspia Oblast [Закаспійская область] 1910 (9 January) - Illustrated postcard to Tver, correctly franked with 1k Arms (3) (3 kopek: tariff of 20 March 1879), tied by the rare "IOLOTAN ZAKASP. -9.1.10" postmark. Also a second strike on departure dated the day after. Very Fine.

Note: Iolotan was a village with a train station along the line Merv-Kushka, in the Merv district (actual Turkmenistan).
