Note: Kazbek was located close to Mount Kazbek on the Georgian military road, which was an important stop with, in the XXth century, also a Grand Hotel with a view terrace and a restaurant (Ashford, Imperial Russian Stamps USed in Transcaucasia, page 172). This is from that hotel that the sender wrote her message "Now the sun is shining but we do not see the top of the Kazbek that we had seen last evening. Very good inn here."
