RUSSIA SHIP MAIL IN THE BALTIC SEA: COMPAGNIE DES PYROSCAPHES St PETERSBURG/LÜBECK

Lübeck, 1845 (26 October) - Commercial folded entire sent to the Russian Academy of Sciences in Sr Petersburg, embarked on the steamship "NASLEDIK", one of the three ships of the COMPAGNIE DES PYROSCAPHES which were part of the Lübeck-St Petersburg line, via the Gulf of Finland & Baltic Sea. Arrival boxed "RECEIVED 26 OCT. 1845 EVENING". Very Fine.
