Georgievsk, Stavropol province 1816 (2 March) - Folded letter to the Tambov provincial administration, very scarce departure postmark "GEORGIEVSK" and DISINFECTION PUNCH HOLES applied during the plague outbreak that affected the city during 1814-1816. Very Fine.
