1922 RSFSR DEFINITIVES - MANUSCRIPT CANCELLATION FROM SMALL VILLAGE

Novo Voznesensk 1923 (29 June) - Domestic mail between two small villages: from Novo Voznesensk to Toikyn, Perm district. RSFSR Definitive 100r orange-red (4) paying the correct rate (tariff of 10 June 1923, valid one month until 4 July 1923). The adhesives are cancelled with the manuscript "N. Voznesensk 29/VI 23" and pen crosses, probably due to the absence (or loss) of the regular postmark in this tiny post office. Very Fine.

The mail content is an official information from local authorities about the withdrawal of a horse from a kolkhoz registration.
