Moscow 1921 (8 November) - October Revolution 1000r carmine (2), paying the correct 2000r rate (tariff of 25 August 1921) on an International Registered envelope to Wien (Austria). Moscow oval censor "Three Triangles" handstamp (9 August) and another departure strike on back Moscow Exp. 10 August 1921. Interesting Moscow Governement City seal on front. Very Fine.
A rare franking and possibly the Earliest Date of Use recorded of any 1921 October Revolution stamp.
