Saratov 1936 (21 November) - Registered envelope to Khvalinsk, sent via the LOCAL AIRLINE SARATOV-KHVALINSK. Franked at the Express rate (80k, tariff inland Express letter since 15 May 1932), special local boxed handstamp "par avion" from the Saratov airport and registration postmark. Arrival on back Khvalinsk 26 November.
